Vinashin - T GC Container Joint - Venture Company (VTC) duly established under Invvestment Lisence No. 233/GP Dated 16th December 2005 is a joint - venture between. Vinashin Business Group (Viet Nam) and Toong Goen Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Taiwan). The factory of the Vinashin - TGC Container is equipped wirth modern machinery and a synchronized production line from Taiwan. The main Target of VTC is to establish and operate a container manufacturing factory of word wide standard. Right in the first stage of its production.
Container Vinashin TGC Co., Ltd. has established since 16th December 2005 (We are a subsidiary of Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation is one of largest State owned
Corporation) , the first factory in Vietnam Our factory is equipped with modern technology from Taiwan with the main business is to produce Logistic equipments including : ISO
Containers 20’ 40’ and 45’ container and other kind of Logistics equipment.
- At fist stage with investment of 28 millions US Dollar, our production capacity is 30,000 TEUs per year and will be expanded to 60,000 Teus yearly by 2010. Export ratio is 80% of total capacity.
- With the increasing demand of shipping service, Our factory can give a hand to give local shipping line equipment to reduce the cost of equipment in Vietnam to promote the coastal transportation in Vietnam. VTC was born under the the direction of Shipping strategy of Vietnam Government to deveplop Container transportation through Vietnam by Rail, by road and coastal shipping industry.
- We employed more than 450 employees with an annual sales of USD 65 million.
- We will diversify our products to meet the new requirement of Market and keep up with new development in this industry.
- Located at Haiduong Shipbuilding industry, Hai Duong Province, with total 24 hectares land area, it takes about 30 minutes from our factory to Haiphong Port ( about 30 killomes ) it is very convenience for Depot operation for many International shipping lines in Vietnam.
